A Message From Doctors Greg & Kelsey

We love working with children and treat each patient with gentle kindness and patience. We want to see their smiles. So we show them ours.
It’s our goal to help children overcome potentially fearful and anxious situations so they can start young and stay positive about dental care all their lives.
Remember kids:
- Brush your teeth every morning and night.
- Drink lots of water, and eat healthy.
- Listen to your parents. They know best!

First Visit

Our mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate, specialized dental care to all children where each patient, parent, and the dental team work together to meet each family’s needs. Our philosophy is to provide early intervention in a preventative mode including patient and parent education. We have an excellent team that works well together, supports each other, and care about the patients.
During the initial visit, you and your child will become acquainted with our office, our team, and methods. It’s encouraged for parents to accompany their children during the initial visit to make them as comfortable as possible. Please remember that you play a large part in preparing your child for his/her first visit to the dentist. Act relaxed and at ease. Avoid using any words that suggest unpleasantness. Expect your child to do well and enjoy their visit.
Please arrive at the office 15 minutes prior to the appointment to ensure ample time is available for providing all pertinent information. Download and complete the medical/dental and financial policy forms. Please bring these forms along with your dental insurance card and information.
Thank you for choosing our office for your child’s dental care. We will strive to treat you and your family as we would our own. Together we can give your child a beautiful smile and a lifetime of dental health.
Fun. Friendly. Encouraging.
We are located inside the Health Center at Western Reserve on the 3rd floor. Take one step into our friendly office designed in every way to help kids through the experience so they can be excited about their own dental health.
Partnering with Parents
We have an open door policy, invite parents to observe all procedures from diagnosis to treatment. Together, we can make the dental experience non-traumatic and even enjoyable for your child.
Kids Love the Look
Colorful animal wildlife and “under-the-sea” decor gives our place a playful outdoorsy feel! We wear colorful scrubs in cartoon designs to put kids at ease.
Kids Like Our Speech
We are careful about the words we use. Dental health is too important for kids to be frightened, so we use a gentle tone with playful, comforting, and encouraging language.
Kids Fit the Size
Just as we decorate and communicate to children on their level — we provide dental chairs and other equipment sized and designed for kids so they can feel comfortable.
Positive, kid-friendly “tooth” talk
We use fun, gentle and kid-informative words to describe dental procedures. The results are the same — except our young patients are more relaxed. We’re not fooling or tricking children. We’re simply creating a positive atmosphere about children’s dental care to reduce fear and anxiety.
