Thank you for choosing our office for your child’s dental care. We will strive to treat you and your family as we would our own. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate, specialized dental care to all children where each patient, parent, and the dental team work together to meet each family’s needs. Our philosophy is to provide early intervention in a preventative mode including patient and parent education. Please remember that you play a large part in preparing your child for his/her first visit to the dentist. Together we can give your child a beautiful smile and a lifetime of dental health.
We begin treating children at 12-18 months to give your child a good start for a lifetime of great dental care. By pre-school, your child may already have developed strong oral hygiene habits that will last a lifetime!
At your first visit, you and your child will become acquainted with our office, our team, and methods. We have an open door policy and invite parents to observe all procedures from diagnosis to treatment to make them as comfortable as possible. Together, we can make the dental experience non-traumatic and even enjoyable for your child.
Please arrive at the office 10 minutes prior to the appointment to ensure ample time is available for providing all pertinent information. Download and complete the dental and financial policy forms. Please bring these forms along with your dental insurance card and information.
the big picture
We take a comprehensive look at pediatric dental care. We will provide exams, cleanings, x-rays when necessary and fluoride treatments. In addition, we work with you and your children to design a home care routine that includes:
- Proper brushing technique
- Diets for healthy teeth and gums
- Hygiene and growth
Our comprehensive, preventive approach helps to eliminate the need for more extensive dental work. Now that’s something to smile about!
While we offer these forms in office, you can save time by downloading them here. Complete them at home and bring them to the office when you arrive. By doing this ahead of time, you can relax, enjoy the atmosphere, talk to your child, and help make this a positive experience together.
